Beautiful colorful pictures. Very educational.  This would have been a great book to have if my grandparents were still with us.  They had a farm and I remember visiting there as a child.

My daughter, Ashleigh, loves horses.  The section, "Horses on the farm", Ashleigh would love.  The one thing I had no idea about is that rabbits compete in jumping hopping contests.  Another thing I did not know is that ducklings do not fly until they are 8 weeks old.

Great farm activities at the end of the book!
