This is book #10.  To lose her best friend like that. So sad. Many emotions when I was reading this book. Intrigue in who did it and why.  I have enjoyed this series a lot.  I have brought the next 5 books in Cold Justice: The Negotiators series.  Reading a series is a favorite of my.
