Review: Come Back to Me

For this review, I chose Come Back to Me by Kathy Coopmans.

I received a copy of the ebook for a honest review of this book.

Here is a brief description from Goodreads:
From USA Today Bestselling Author Kathy Coopmans comes a soul crushing story of second chance love.

Come Back To Me.

What does one do when everyone you love dies?
How much is a woman supposed to take before she crumbles?
How much?
Adriana Jensen is the woman to ask.
She’s lost too many people to count.
The one death that destroyed her the most
was her husband's.

Only... he didn't die.

What does one do when forced to walk away from his wife?
How much will it take to win her back?
How much?
Blake Jensen, Adriana's estranged husband, is the man to ask.
He has one question to ask himself.
How much will it take for her to come back to me?

This was an emotional read.  I was hooked from the first paragraph.  It grabbed a hold of me and did not let me go until the last page.

Adriana has been through a lot.  Losing her sister to addiction, her grandmother, and her husband.  I am not sure what I would do if I was ever in her shoes.  To be in front of a man that you love more than anything, but not understanding why he is standing in front of you when he is dead.  That you buried him.  You grieved for him.  I do know I would be beyond mad.

Ms Coopmans has delivered a very emotional read for us readers.  It was excellent.  I love reading a book that has me thinking of being in the heroine's shoes.  How would I feel if I dealt with all that death around me?  Would I want to stay hell with it all?  Adriana needed someone to help her become her old self and Blake was that person.  The reasons he left was beyond anything I thought of.  If you want a book that throws at you all the emotions, then this is it!!
