Back when I back to reading, I discovered Susan Mallery's books and fell in love with them.  I started reading The Lone Stars Series.   A few other series I have read are The Buchanans, The Bakery Sisters, and The Blackberry Island.  It did not take me long to discover her Fool's Gold Series.  I loved everything about this series.  The town, and the people.

Back when I started reading again, Nora Roberts was the author I found for the first time.  I started with the Stanislaskis series and could not stop reading until I finished the entire series.  I was hooked on this family.  The love they have for one another was precious.  I have read the Bride Quartet and the Inn Boonsboro series and loved it.  

I need to get back to reading more of Ms Roberts books like the MacGregor series.  I love series!!

Day 31: Tyler Green of Sacrifice

Welcome to Day 31 of my 31 Days Series!!  Today's book boyfriend is Tyler Green of Sacrifice by Reana Malori.

Tyler Green is a Gunnery Sergeant in the Marines. For a year, Tyler has been watching Staff Sergeant and letting her get used to him.  When Tyler was close to retiring from the Marines, he decided it was time to let Monica know he wants to get to know her.

Welcome to Day 30 of my 31 Days Series!!  Today's book boyfriend is Roth Esterly of A Friendly Arrangement by Christine Warner.

This is the second book of the Friends First series.  Holly Haggerty and Roth Esterly are best of friends.  They know each other very well.  Roth asks Holly to have an arrangement between them.  That they will be each other's plus one.  If they have to do to an event, the other will go with them so they don't get their friends trying to fix them up with someone.  Both have so much in common like they do not want marriage and not to have kids.  I love books about friends becoming more.

Day 29: Henry Birch from Hope Springs on Main Street

Welcome to Day 29 of my 31 Days Series!!  Today's book boyfriend is Henry Birch from Hope Springs on Main Street by Olivia Miles.

This was my first book by Olivia Miles and it will not be my last.  I need to read the first 2 books in the Briar Creek Series.  Henry Birch comes home to help his sister fix up their childhood home and sell it.  He did not think he would find someone to love.  Henry has know Jane Madison since they were both kids.  Jane married Adam, her high school sweetheart, but he cheated on her and omg you need to read this book to find out what else happened!!

How is Henry a book boyfriend?

Danica has a secret that she is the Mamarazzi.  She has a lot on her plate with her mom in a nursing home and paying all of her bills and her own.  She wants to be a photographer for the famous, but right now she is taking photos by being the most famous of the Hollywood Paparazzi and she calls herself Mamarazzi.  When Danica leads herself on a new show filming, she meets Eliot Lane.

Welcome to Day 27 of my 31 Days Series!!  Today's book boyfriend is Lance Brown of In Bed with the Bodyguard by Lynne Silver.

This is one of my favorite books by Lynne Silver.  Arianna Rose is a Gallery Owner.  It has taken a lot of time to get everything right for her first show, which I loved where it was held (read to find out!!).  Her father is accused of running a massive ponzi scheme and the media is taking it out on his daughter, which is not right.  Lance Brown is a Secret Service Agent on leave from being shot.  He becomes her bodyguard since she is getting a death threat.

Welcome to Day 26 of my 31 Days Series!!  Today's book boyfriend is Tripp Galloway of The Marriage Pact by Linda Lael Miller.

Tripp comes hom to Mustang Creek, Wyoming.  He is there to help his dad, who has cancer, but did not tell his son until he had to.  Hadleigh is local quilt show owner and designer.  They have a rocky relationship because he saved her from marrying someone that was not good in his eyes.  I think one day she will realized that he saved her.

Keri and Joe were high school sweethearts, but Keri wanted to be someone so she left.  Joe was heartbroken.  Joe is now a famous author.  He never gives interviews.  Now Keri is a Journalist and her assignment is to interview Joe.  He tells her that the only way she could interview him is to go away with him and his family for 2 weeks, but with no computer, phone, or any kind of device.

Day 24: Riley Whitefield of Falling for Gracie

Welcome to Day 24 of my 31 Days Series!!  Today's book boyfriend is Riley Whitefield of Falling for Gracie by Susan Mallery.

This is one of my favorite books by Susan Mallery.  Gracie was in love with Riley when she was 14 years old.  Riley is back in town now dealing with his father's will.  Gracie is back in town, too, but to make her sister's wedding cake.  I love how Gracie used  Good News, Better News, & Bad news to describe things in her life.  (page 132)

Good News- She completed all the dots & roses. 
Better News- The kiss was FABULOUS.

Bad news-She was tired.

A Great Riley quote is "I'm the one dining with a legend.  The infamous Gracie Landon who knows how to love with her whole heart." (page 91)  I love this Riley quote.  "You're not pathetic," he said. "No one thinks you are. If your mom is telling you that, she's wrong.  I don't know what bug got up her ass, but it's not your problem.  Understand?" (page 168)  I love it so much.

This is the second book in the Inn Boonsboro trilogy.  Avery owns a pizza place across the street from the inn, which the Montgomery brothers are renovating.  Owen is the organizer of the Construction company.  Avery's attraction for Owen is heating up.  He was her first boyfriend when they were kids.

Day 19: Mike Zarkades of Home Front

Welcome to Day  of my 31 Days Series!!  Today's book boyfriend is Mike Zarkades of Home Front by Kristan Higgins. 

I loved this book. I loved seeing a female Veteran instead of a male Veteran.  Mike tells his wife, Jolene, that he does not love her anymore right before she is deployed overseas.  This deployment Jolene was not expecting, but now her husband, Mike, has to be both parents.  We see the pov in both Jolene and Mike.

How is Mike a book boyfriend?

Melissa and her grandmother goes to an Bachelor Auction.  Her grandmother wins and sets her granddaughter up with a fireman.  Her grandmother is trying to find ways to get her granddaughter married.  Melissa is not happy, but it could be worse.  Ryan gets Brody to go in his place.  

If things did not work out the way it was meant to, then Melissa and Brody would have never met.  But, I think Grandmother would have Melissa met someone with her plan to get Melissa married.
